Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way including the tracking information!

SHIPPING RATE:

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Unless otherwise noted, the shipping fee is a flat rate of $4.99. Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

SHIPPING ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or believe your order is lost in transit so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email kayla@watermelonpiggy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition if applicable. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution
